Spa services 3-6pm

Dinner at 6pm

Session 1 with Rebecca 7-9pm

 

Day 2: 

Morning Yoga: 7-8am

Breakfast 8am 

Session 2 with Rebecca 9am - noon

Lunch noon

Session 3 with Rebecca 1-3pm

Spa 3-6pm

Dinner 6pm

Sound Healing/Yin Yoga 7pm

 

Day 3: 

Morning Yoga 7-8am
