Winter/Spring 2025 Consultation Group for Therapists
Winter/Spring 2025 Consultation Group for Therapists
Join the next cohort of our 6-session therapist consultation group. We’ll build community that experientially supports an exploration of the sticky patterns that emerge in our work so you increase self-trust and integrate resilience (for both you and your people), shift your relational presence in the room, feel more supported inside therapeutic challenges, welcome your therapist and human selves, and undo some of the aloneness we all experience inside our work.
My role is to guide you towards more ease and trust in your work. I’ll lean into principals from The STAIR Method to inform our process and support your work with trauma, weaving in neurobiology, and integrating experiential learning practices.
Our Winter/Spring 2025 cohort will meet via zoom on Jan 6, Feb 3, Mar 3, Apr 7, May 5 and June 2 from 2p-3:50p EST
Group size, 6-8 clinicians + Rebecca
$80/per session ($480 total for 6 sessions).
If this feels like the right consultation group for you and the fee is out of your reach, please email me here and I’ll do my best to make it accessible.
Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I’m Rebecca Wong, LCSWR, SEP. I’ve long been on a quest to help folks heal legacy burdens, increase trust in the wisdom of their protective systems, and develop relational practices that support generational wellness. I’ve been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2003, and I’ve been on my own healing journey even longer.
I guide therapists towards deepening skill and capacity to support themselves and the people they work with to move from stuckness, chaos, and rigidity into greater relational flow, connection, and healing. Much of my work explores intersectionality and invites a shift towards shared-power-with dynamics. The lineage of my work blends modalities for relational trauma healing together in an integrative experiential practice I call Connectfulness®.
I am among the first cohort certified The STAIR Method. I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Training Assistant and approved provider for personal sessions for beginning and intermediate level SE students. I’m also a certified Relational Life Therapist, Facilitator, and Bootcamp Instructor, a HOCII certified Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist, and a level 1 Internal Family Systems therapist. I am licensed as a clinical social worker in New York, Colorado, and Massachusetts.
I reside in New York’s Hudson Valley on unceded Lenapehoking land with my partner, our teens, and a handful of four-legged furry mischief-makers. I’m a neurospicey cis white woman. Outside of work I’m a nerd who enjoy hiking the Gunks, family time, the wisdom of trees, fantasy fiction and art-journaling.
