Offerings for Practitioners

You don’t have to do this work alone.

If you’re longing to deepen your therapeutic presence, explore what gets stirred in the room, and stay connected to your own embodied wisdom, you’re in the right place.

Whether you’re navigating stuck points, integrating trauma-informed approaches, or tending to the parts of you that show up alongside your clients, we’ll create a collaborative space where all of you is welcome.

Ways we can work together…

STAIR Method Deliberate Practice Groups

As an approved STAIR Method Deliberate Practice Guide, I offer STAIR Phase 1 Deliberate Practice Groups to those who have completed Level 3 STAIR training.

These groups fulfill Phase 1 requirements in the STAIR Method Certification Track and are limited to 4-6 participants per group.

Consultation Lab for Therapists

These small, intimate groups offer experiential containers to explore the relational patterns that show up in your work, especially the ones that echo something in your own story.

Together, we build self-trust and resilience, both within you and in your therapeutic presence.

These labs offer a place to:
» grow capacity, curiosity, and clinical confidence in the face of therapeutic challenges
» welcome both your therapist parts and full human self
» undo some of the aloneness that comes with saying yes to this work
» be witnessed, supported and expand in connection

The heart of this work is deepening the relationships you hold in the room.

1:1 Sessions

I offer individualized support and mentorship for therapists and healing professionals.

Bring your cases, questions, countertransference, or the stuck places in your work. We’ll explore how these moments live in your system and how to approach them with presence and clarity.

I also offer personal sessions for Somatic Experiencing students as an SEI-approved session provider at Beginning and Intermediate levels.

How we’ll work…

Our consultations center on you-turns. The sticky, charged moments that arise when you are with clients and reflect something within you.

We slow down and follow those threads together with compassion and curiosity.

This work is about cultivating trust in your nervous system so you can meet those moments differently, inviting deeper presence and connection rather than trying to fix or manage your clients.

The practitioners I work best with are curious about deepening clinical integrity and integrating relational and somatic trauma healing, who want to weave neurobiology into their practice, embody shared-power-with approaches, and explore experiential pathways for growth and connection.

Hello. I am Rebecca Wong.

I’m a seasoned psychotherapist, relational guide, and the founder of Connectfulness®, an integrative practice that supports healing from relational trauma through presence, embodiment, and deep attunement.

My work draws from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Intimacy From The Inside Out, Relational Life Therapy, The STAIR Method, and Deep Brain Reorienting.

I am Somatic Experiencing training assistant, and approved provider for personal sessions with SE students at the beginning and intermediate levels. I am also a certified STAIR Method therapist and a STAIR Deliberate Practice Guide,

These approaches inform my integrative and relational way of towards supporting practitioners in expanding their capacity for connection, helping them and their clients move from stuckness and survival into flow, integrity, and generational wellness. Rooted in relational and systemic awareness, my work invites shared power and deep integration.

A few more bits to orient you to me…

I’m a fifty something neurospicey woman shaped by a diasporic lineage. I live in New York’s Hudson Valley, on the ancestral land of the Lenape people, with my partner, our teens, and a handful of four-legged mischief makers.

Nerdy, quirky and quietly revolutionary, I am draw to imagination, world-building, and slow, unfolding processes. My work is grounded in listening for hidden patterns of justice and possibility, and in a deep commitment to shared power.

“I wanted a space where I could explore the parts of me that show up in challenging moments. I got that and so much more. Rebecca's group felt like a warm hug. A place I could go to for community, growth and exploration.”
