CONSULTATION GROUP FOR THERAPISTS
CONSULTATION GROUP FOR THERAPISTS
Join the next cohort of our therapist consultation group. We’ll build community that experientially supports an exploration of the sticky patterns that emerge in our work so you increase self-trust and integrate resilience (for both you and your people), shift your relational presence in the room, feel more supported inside therapeutic challenges, welcome your therapist and human selves, and undo some of the aloneness we all experience inside our work.
My role is to guide you towards more ease and trust in your work. I’ll lean into principals from The STAIR Method to inform our process and support your work with trauma, weaving in neurobiology, and integrating experiential learning practices.
We have two cohorts currently enrolling:
Mondays from 1-3p eastern time.
We’ll meet via zoom on Sept 8, 22, Oct 6, 20, Nov 3, 17, Dec 1 & 15.
Tuesdays from 11a-1p eastern time.
We’ll meet via zoom on Sept 9, 23, Oct 7, 21, Nov 4, 18, Dec 2 & 16.

Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I’m a seasoned psychotherapist, relational guide, and founder of Connectfulness®, an integrative practice that supports healing from relational trauma through presence, embodiment, and deep attunement. My work blends modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Intimacy From The Inside Out, Relational Life Therapy, The STAIR Method, and Deep Brain Reorienting.
I guide therapists and healing professionals to expand their capacity for connection—supporting themselves and others in moving from stuckness and survival into flow, integrity, and generational wellness. Rooted in relational and systemic awareness, my approach invites shared power and deep integration.
I live on the ancestral land of the Lenape people in New York’s Hudson Valley with my partner, our teens, and a few furry companions. I’m a neurospicy cis white woman who finds joy in stargazing, wandering forests, reading fantasy, savoring slow moments, and listening for what’s just beneath the surface.
