Every woman has a divine source within her waiting to be seen, held, nurtured and known.
We invite you to join our intimate Goddess Awakening Retreat spanning over 3 days, March 17-19, 2017, in New York’s Hudson Valley (just 90-miles north of NYC).
Right now, we’re living through a collective process of deep transformation. You feel like you’re in a “crisis of not knowing,” and you’re not alone in this.
Though you long to be the change you wish to see in the world, you know there are illusions and disconnects that hold you back and keep you stuck in a fear loop. Are you ready to see yourself, really see yourself? Are you ready to see yourself in your full truth, imperfections and all?
The divine feminine within you is calling for you to tune in. Goddess energy is asking you to awaken to do your own personal healing so you can find the strength and the resources to give back to the collective.
It takes courage to sit in your identity and tolerate your own subtle shifts as you map the crisis of not knowing. It takes passion and desire to find yourself in the midst of upheaval and uncertainty.
It’s uncomfortable to lean into your shadows to see true reflections of yourself. This is the stuff that so often evokes shame and guilt. We get that. It’s your discomfort with these dark spaces that keeps you stuck in these painful, stressful loops.
With support, you will:
- Free yourself from self-limiting behaviors
- Experience loving forms of Self-care and nourishment
- Transmute illusions and attachments that perpetuate fear
- Discover the beauty and perfection inherent in your so-called “imperfections”
- Anchor a deep sense of internal strength and confidence
Over the course of our three days together we’ll be diving into how you see yourself; your feelings, your observations of your shadows, and your relationships. You’ll learn how to trust your own intuition. You’ll build confidence in your own inner guidance through gentle observation of yourself.
We’ll hold and comfort you as you peer into your shadowy reflections and peel back the veil of the illusions that keep you stuck.
Collectively, we’ll create a healing environment to nourish and nurture you that you’ll take back home and share with the important people in your life.
You’ll leave our gathering with:
- A sense of loving appreciation for You
- Restoration through our self-work, group work, and bodywork
- Deeper insight into your Self
- Reactivation of your Intuition
- Newly empowered perspective of your own being and relationships
- Deeper clarity about your decision making process
We invite you to join our Goddess Awakening Retreat. Within this intimate supportive circle of women you will come to trust your worth and let go of false authorities. The divine within you will reveal herself, you will make peace with your distractions and fears, and you’ll embark on your sacred journey.

Her work is based in the premise that sustainable, meaningful, playful, intimate relationships share key ingredients: reflection + observation. Rebecca’s work has taught her that the most common shared human concerns aren’t about mortality, but about the state of relationships and legacy. Rebecca lives, works and plays in the Hudson Valley with her husband, 2 daughters and handful of 4-legged-furry mischief makers.
